Obsidian Seraph was concieved in early 2005. The theory behind the group was to form a band that was true to its metal roots, and also faithful to the apocalyptic lyrics which are steeped in many years of research and divination. New music and a music video are brewing in the studio thanks to a fortuitous alliance between Dying Rose Records and Rev. Black Productions. Varela the Humanist is the lead vocalist as well as freelance philosopher. Reverand Black takes rhythm guitar to new heights and is responsible for most of the arrangement. Lord Mantus now handles the bass guitar. "Marduk's Hammer" is chief percussionist. |
